- Providing safe treatment: to understand your needs, assess whether Sports Massage, Swedish Massage or Dry Cupping is suitable for you, and tailor your session.
- Appointments and communication: to arrange, confirm and change bookings and to respond to your enquiries.
- Record keeping: to keep accurate client and treatment records in line with our professional and legal obligations.
